I created this video as a final presentation of our concept. Included is a conceptual walk-through of a mobile app that complements the service.

EMMA

EMMA (Easy Mobile Market Access) is a concept designed to bring fresh and local food to students living in dorms at The Ohio State University. It was done for Collaborative Design Studio during my junior year. My team's research began with a study the students' general trends, followed by the establishment of intent and context for the project, and identification of stakeholders. This helped identify potential needs and design opportunities.

After identifying food options and delivery methods as a prevalent problem area, the second phase of the project led us to the identification of a holistic design solution that responded to various pain points. After plenty of storyboarding and concept sketching, we came up with the final designs for the EMMA system which included: a delivery truck/mini market, an interior space design including a market/eating area, and two different kitchens, a special check out basket, and a mobile app to help the students pre order food.

Our team consisted of Golnaz Motamedi (Interior Space Design), Xaio Yan (Industrial Design, Russell West (Industrial Design), and myself (Visual Communication Design)
