For most of 2017 and 2018, I spent time traveling back and forth to Memphis for a project with Fedex. Ziba was responsible for redesigning the Fedex Courier application, one that has over 80,000 users. I worked with a team of two designers (Ziba side) and 10 product owners (client side) creating user flows, navigating piles of logic and restrictions, making animations, and documenting final production screens for a remote development team. Every time you sign your name on a Fedex courier’s phone, think of me!

From April 2019-October 2020, I spent my time at Supply Design on the Keep Home mobile and web app. Our team of 3 designers was responsible for concepting and research, content strategy, UX design, art direction, and product launch strategy. Throughout that time I transitioned from lead designer to creative director, and led the team to launch for two of its largest features.

In late 2020, Dr. Martens launched the DM Presents Filmmaker Series, a music film series meant to capture the stories of creators through the pandemic. Supply was hired for the UX, visual design, and launch strategy, and I worked as a visual designer on two of the artist pages—Lauren Ruth Ward and Cautious Clay.

Towards the end of lockdown, a Supply teammate and I worked on a vision project with Intel to research the comfortability levels of teachers and students around new education technologies. The client presented us with the early stage ideas, and our team strengthened and visualized each concept, created a testing strategy, and facilitated 20 90-minute user interviews with teachers and students.
